We are a team of specialist instructors with a single goal – to develop and deliver excellent training at a reasonable cost.
We will spend time getting to know our client/customer before training you or your staff.
We always seek feedback and will strive to exceed expectations.
Our instructors have vast experience of working with Operator’s from every continent, from small corporate organisations to large national airlines, across many different national and organisational cultures.

We also have an additional small team of specialists who work with us.

SARAH SKELTON
Sarah’s specialist subject is CRM and Sarah is an accredited CRMI and CRMIE (Ground) under the former UK CAA accreditation scheme. Sarah is a Member of the Royal Aeronautical Society Training and Ops Standing Group and the UK CAA Flight Crew Human Factors Advisory Panel.
WENDY TRACEY ROBERTS
Wendy delivers our Safety Training, First Aid Training and also provides administrative support for Plane Training.
COLIN ADAIR
Colin is a current TRE with a major Operator. Colin supports the development and delivery of our CRM training courses.
HELEN FLACK
Helen was Head of Human Factors training for a large UK operator. Helen supports the development and delivery of our CRM training courses.
BRONWYN HARRIS
Bron’s specialist area is Aviation Medicine and Auditing Techniques.
PAULA ROBINSON
Paula supports our safety training, first aid and CRM training courses.
